Savpol at ExpoSweet 2015

The 2015 Expo Sweet Fairs were held in Warsaw from the 22nd to 25th of February and they lasted for 4 days for the first time.

During the 31 hours we had at our disposal, we presented Fabbri products for the year 2015, among them mixes, vegan bases for ice cream, flavour additives, glazing gels and new flavours of ice cream. There was great interest in the Italian Style range which is produced from 100% natural components and offers the following flavours: Gianduia, Pistachio, Pine Nut and Hazelnut. The magic of the Mediterranean celebrations is reflected in the flavour of Panettone, and children will surely smile at Wafer and Chewing Gum (in two versions: pink and blue) flavoured ice creams and the Joy ice cream. This year, we presented, for the first time, a range of Mixy Fruit products, i.e. delicious fruit pulps for professionals.

There were also products from the AlfaPro series and the products made by Dossche Mills in the form of ready-made pastries and cakes which could be sampled. The product offers were supported with shows given by our technologists who worked with the use of components and machines offered by Savpol. Our stand dedicated to HoReCa was one of the few dedicated to this sector at the fairs and it attracted visitors with the sophisticated tastes on offer.

The visitors were also greatly interested in the machines exhibited by us and our partners, e.g. chocolate tempering machines, batch freezers and a hybrid oven which bakes and warms products in record time. The machines on show were produced by Valmar, Coldelite and ICB Tecnologie.
