Our support for the Small Academy Master Confectioner & Bakeris a great source of joy and satisfaction. We provide young culinary trainees with equipment, products and considerable experience and knowledge. We assist them in overcoming the difficulties they encounter at the beginning of their professional career and try to teach them skills which will be useful while working as bakers or confectioners.

We support the baking competition for vocational schools with students with special needs which is held in the Complex of Schools for Students with Special Needs No. 14 in Cracow. This competition, held annually, is an opportunity to integrate the students of schools for students with special needs at an international level (we invite teams from Slovakia and the Czech Republic), to share the experience and to compare their skills with other competing groups during the competition. This year’s theme was Mediterranean cuisine. We congratulate all the winners!

On 12 June, during the “Days of Rybnik” held in the market square of this Upper Silesian town, the Small Academy of Professional Experts exhibited the works prepared within the Confrontation of Confectioners in Rybnik. This involved the creative youth undergoing training or just enjoying the creation of sweet pieces of art.
 

The participants competed for the Statuette of the Mayor and the title of ‘Master’. The event marked the end of the 2014/2015 season of classes, and at the same time – began the new season of 2015/2016. We congratulate the winners and thank the participants, all those involved and the residents of the town.
