It all started in 1992. Over the next few years, our company gained a considerable number of clients and partners that were offered top quality services from us. At present, Savpol is a recognised brand in the Polish and European markets.

New branches

A new branch has opened in Rzeszów. This gives us the possibility of providing even better service to our clients in different regions of Poland.

A new branch has opened in Wałbrzych. The location of the branch was carefully selected - the Special Economic Zone in Wałbrzych is an excellent place to implement such a huge and innovative investment. A modern warehouse and logistics facilities are the basis for increasing the amount, scope and quality of services provided by our company.

Savpol Training Centre

Extensive experience in confectionery, ice cream, baking and gastronomy industries as well as excellent and professional staff are what will enable us to continue the development of our company. We decided to open the innovative Savpol Training Centre (STC) and start activities related to the organisation of training courses for our clients given by, both, in-house and outsourced technologists, that is those people who apply their knowledge in practice and work with passion.

Innovations and Diamonds

We use state of the art IT systems that give us total control over the supply chain and also enable us to provide better, more effective and reliable services to our clients.

We were awarded the title of FORBES Diamond. Forbes monthly prepared the ranking of the top Polish companies. Forbes Diamond companies are those enterprises that make the most of the prevailing economic situation and this is demonstrated by the results they generate. The group of 2010 Diamonds included those companies which performed well in spite of the economic crisis, and in fact they became stronger and noticed new opportunities in the forthcoming economic recovery. We also received the Business Gazelle Award from Puls Biznesu magazine for the second time.

We focus on science and sharing our experience.

Therefore, we have begun a proprietary training project for the youth called the Small Academy of Professional Experts which is ongoing. The Academy is attended by enthusiasts working as confectioners and bakers who are motivated to facilitate the professional development of apprentices driven by ambition and aspirations. The goal of the activities undertaken within this initiative is to enrich the practice and theory with new forms of knowledge going beyond the traditional curriculum. The Business Gazelle Award

Savpol has been awarded the title of Business Gazelle by the editorial staff of Puls Biznesu magazine. It is an award for enterprises whose development is highly dynamic. A company is called a Business Gazelle when it is able to succeed even against larger competitors. Throughout a three year period, it cannot incur any losses and its sales have to increase year by year. Moreover, each Business Gazelle should have an unblemished reputation and be exceptionally fair.

The next branch in Cracow, the next Fairs

The next branch of Savpol has been established in Cracow. We are making a huge amount of efforts to meet the high expectations of our clients and the market. We also take part in the prestigious Polagra Food Fairs in Poznań, which are the most important events in the food industry. Our goal is to look for new markets and to implement innovations which will satisfy consumers’ expectations. We are active exhibitors also at the international EXPOSweet Fairs in Warsaw.

The company is flourishing along with the market

Our car fleet has expanded, as has our range of products. As we appreciate the potential of the Lower Silesian region, we have also made a decision to open a branch in Wałbrzych.

The next great step in our development

We have now finished the construction of our present registered office located on Sowińskiego Street. This new location combines convenience and modernity. It houses roomy baking demonstration facilities, user-friendly offices, one of the first cold stores, and a well-organised warehouse – from that time, it has been enlarged thrice. We are the first company in Poland to offer frozen products to our clients.

A serious blow dealt by nature

As a result of long period of unprecedented downpours of rain, the Kłodnica River overflowed and Gliwice was flooded. It resulted in significant logistical problems, access to our warehouse was virtually impossible because of the high level of water. Yet, it did not stop the operations of our company. Persistence, determination and assistance by the army enabled us to maintain the continuity of supplies.

We have started to cooperate with the Education Office in Katowice

We hold competitions for the most talented young bakers and confectioners and we also organise training for teachers. We have additionally contributed to the high quality maintained in the baking and confectionery industries in southern Poland.

The beginnings

A new company, namely Savpol, appeared on the map of Poland, a country undergoing rapid economic transformation. This small family enterprise occupied only two garages, and its only means of transportation was a yellow Tarpan van. Yet, it was then that we made the decision to make our mission to be your most reliable partner ever.
