Innovative recipes and practical applications of Fabbri products in confectionery and ice cream shops.
A series of confectionery seminars were held at our four locations, during which we presented classic desserts in refreshed versions. Our technologists presented tried-and-true recipes and techniques for preparing popular sweets, showing their new, inspiring unveilings. It was a great opportunity to expand our offerings and introduce a fresh take on traditional desserts.

The training was designed for people who are just starting out in their own business. We presented from the basics: how to successfully enter the market, how to avoid the most common mistakes of novice entrepreneurs, and how to create an ice cream shop that will attract a crowd of customers. Thanks to the knowledge and experience of our ice cream technologists, participants were able to benefit from best practices and solutions. They are specialists with years of experience who will ensure the highest quality and innovation during the presentation.

The market for coffee and flavored beverages is growing rapidly, so it is worth learning about current trends and opportunities in their preparation. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge, enhance your senses and learn to appreciate the richness of flavors and aromas, so at our special invitation we were visited by Vittorio Agosti - Global Brand Ambassador of Fabbri 1905. For those who do not know our distinguished guest, who already graced us with his presence last year, we would like to remind you who Vittorio Agosti is - he is the winner of the title of Brand Ambassador of the Year 2019 in the Italian BarAwards competition. He led a workshop in which he created unique compositions based on Fabbri mi.n syrups,: flavored coffees, vegan coffees, hot chocolate and warming cocktails.
