I. General Information
1. The owner of the www.savpol.pl website (hereinafter also: “Service”) is Przedsiębiorstwo SAVPOL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered seat in Gliwice, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice X Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000501965 (hereinafter also: “Savpol”).

2. The Service contains information intended for potential and current contractors, suppliers and candidates for Savpol employees (hereinafter also: “Service Recipients”). On the Site it is possible, among other things, to get acquainted with the catalog of products offered by Savpol, its training offer, as well as to initiate contact from a Savpol representative by using the appropriate contact forms.



3. These Regulations have been drawn up on the basis of Polish law.


II. Savpol Services

1. Savpol provides contact forms on the Website through which it is possible to submit a request for contact from a Savpol representative. 

2. Submitting a request for contact does not involve any fees. Requests may be made 24 hours a day.

3. Notification may concern both products and training courses organized by Savpol. In order to make an application, it is necessary to provide the Customer's data, including the company, first and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, as well as to indicate the subject of the application and its content. Before applying for a training course, it is required to read and accept the Rules and Regulations for participation in training courses made available on the Site.

4. In response to the notification referred to in items 1-3 above, Savpol representatives will contact the Service Recipient.

5. The Service Recipient may subscribe to Savpol's electronic newsletter (hereinafter also: “newsletter”) by providing his/her name and e-mail address in the space provided on the Site and clicking on the “Subscribe” button. By clicking on this option, the Service Recipient agrees to receive commercial information from Savpol regarding Savpol's activities. Unsubscribing from the newsletter list is possible by selecting the option: “Unsubscribe from receiving messages” available in each email sent as part of the newsletter.




III. Technical requirements

1.The Customer, in order to use the Site, must have a device that meets the technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the information and communication system used by Savpol. Thus, this device must allow access to the Internet and have a program for browsing its resources and an e-mail account.

2. The recipient, using the services provided by Savpol, is prohibited from providing unlawful content.



IV. Additional information

1.Complaints about services provided by Savpol electronically may be submitted by sending them to the e-mail address savpol@savpol.pl.

2. Savpol will make every effort to process submitted complaints promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receipt. The Service Recipient will be informed by e-mail at the indicated e-mail address about the handling of the complaint.

3. The provision by the Customer of personal data referred to in II. 3. above is voluntary, but their absence in the contact form prevents Savpol from contacting them. Savpol does not provide services to persons appearing anonymously or using a pseudonym.

4. Savpol is the administrator of personal data. Personal data are processed in accordance with the law, only for the purpose of responding to the requests of the Service Recipients. Savpol protects the personal data of the Service Recipients from being obtained and modified by unauthorized persons.

5. The Service Recipient has the right to access the content of personal data concerning him, the right to correct them and to request their deletion.


PRIVACY POLICY

The protection of your personal data is a very important matter for us, which is why we attach great importance to its protection and care about your privacy. We use state-of-the-art technical measures and organizational solutions that guarantee the highest protection of the processed personal data and secure them from unauthorized access.

The document you are reading contains information about the principles under which we process your personal data and your rights in connection with it.

This document reflects the requirements under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: “RODO”).

II. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data.

In each of the above cases, the legal basis for the processing of data, in principle, is the necessity for the performance of the contract you conclude with SAVPOL, or taking steps to conclude it (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO). Therefore, such processing does not require your consent, but you may object to it at any time.

 

In addition, in order to comply with the obligations imposed on us by law, e.g. by the Accounting Act or tax regulations (e.g. issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents), we will also process your data concerning transactions made in the online store www.sklep.savpol.pl and information from your user account. In the case, the legal basis for processing the aforementioned data is our legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA).

 

We will also process the following data based on the legitimate interest of the SAVPOL data controller (Article 6(1)(f) RODO):

 

1. data relating to your purchases for the purpose of establishing or asserting our claims and for the purpose of defending against such claims;

2. data from your customer profile for the purpose of direct marketing of products and services offered by SAVPOL (i.e. information about our about products, news and promotions) and for the purpose of extending to you an invitation to participate in a loyalty program;

3. your data, for the purpose of improving the services and goods offered by us and conducting statistical analysis;

4. your data, for the purpose of ensuring the security of the services provided by us electronically, including the prevention of possible abuse or fraud.

 

 

Your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data In connection with SAVPOL's processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. The right to obtain access to and copies of your personal data.

  2. The right to request rectification or completion of your personal data.

  3. The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, whether for a certain period of time or to a certain extent. This request will not affect the activities performed so far

  4. The right to request the deletion of your personal data, without specifying a reason. The deletion of your data will not affect the activities performed so far.
     
  5. Right to data portability: you have the right to receive from us your personal data that you have provided to us on the basis of consent or agreement, in a structured, commonly accessible format.
     
  6. The right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing of our own services, and the right to object on the grounds of your particular situation, to the extent that our processing of your data is based on our legitimate interests (other than direct marketing).
     
  7. The right to withdraw your consent - at any time and without giving any reason - to the processing of your data to the extent that your data will be processed on the basis of your consent, whereby withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing activities performed by us on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
     
  8. Right to withdraw consent to marketing communications: You can withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time. To do so, log in and change the settings in your account.

We are required to inform you within one month of receiving each request about the action we have taken.

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates your rights under the RODO.

Consequences of not providing personal data.

Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide certain personal data (identity or address data) may prevent us from providing you with services and making purchases from “SAVPOL”.

Period of processing of your personal data

To the extent that your personal data are processed by us for the purposes of carrying out transactions you make for the purchase of our products or services, we will process them for the duration of the contract relating to such transaction, although we may extend this period by the period of the statute of limitations for claims if the processing of such data is necessary to establish or assert claims or to defend against such claims.

To the extent that your personal data is processed for the purposes of our compliance with legal obligations (e.g., the Accounting Act or tax laws), we will process it for the period under such laws.

To the extent that your personal data is processed for the purposes of our legitimate interests involving marketing communications, we will process it for the period of the legitimate interest, unless you exercise your right and object to the processing of such data for marketing purposes.

To the extent that your personal data is processed for our legitimate interests, i.e. the establishment and assertion of claims or the defense against claims, we will process it for the duration of our legitimate interest (in particular, until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims), unless you exercise your right and object to the processing of such data due to your particular situation.

 

Recipients of personal data
 

We will transfer your data to entities that act on our behalf, i.e. IT service and solution providers, couriers, accounting, financial, insurance and administrative service providers. These entities process data on our behalf and under contract, in accordance with our instructions. In such cases, we require these entities to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and verify that they provide adequate measures to protect your personal data.

Your data may also be shared with entities authorized to obtain it under applicable law, such as law enforcement agencies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also share your data with debt collection and debt trading institutions.

If you choose to make a payment through one of the cooperating electronic payment processors we will share your data including (name, surname, order number and value, IP number, e-mail address, telephone number, your customer ID assigned to you by the payment processor) with that entity in order to process your payment.

  1. logging out of www.sklep.savpol.pl after completing your purchases, as simply turning off your browser window is not the same as logging out of www.sklep.savpol.pl;
  2. keeping your customer account login and password confidential;
  3. using anti-virus software;

if you use the website or online store www.sklep.savpol.pl using a foreign computer - remember not to save the data on the computer and delete the history of pages viewed.
