1. the Organizer of trainings and workshops at the Savpol Training Center is Przedsiębiorstwo Savpol Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. with its registered office in Gliwice, 7 Sowińskiego Street, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Trainings and workshops take place in the Savpol Training Center Hall at 7 Sowinskiego Street in Gliwice.

3. Dates, topics and cost of public trainings are published on the website www.savpol.pl. If the detailed type of training (topics) or the date and place of the training is to be changed, the Organizer will immediately inform the Participants about this fact. In such a situation, the Participant has the right to cancel the booked training without incurring any costs or liability. The above shall also apply if, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the training cannot be implemented.
 

4. In order to apply for participation and book a place in the Training, please contact the Sales Representative assigned to the company or send an application by e-mail to szkolenia@savpol.pl, providing: the name and surname of the Participant(s), the name of the company (if applicable), the date and subject of the workshop, telephone number, or fill out the electronic form at www.savpol.pl.

5. By submitting his/her participation in the training courses, the Participant accepts the provisions of these Regulations and agrees to send the materials necessary to confirm the application and participation in the training.

6. Providing personal data through the form or by email is voluntary - the Organizer undertakes not to transfer the data to third parties, and each Participant has the right to inspect the data provided, correct and delete them.

6. In the case of free training courses for Savpol Customers, all arrangements are made with the Sales Representative responsible for the Customer concerned.

7. In the case of paid training courses, the initial reservation of a place in the training courses is valid for 3 days. During this time, the training fee must be paid in advance in cash at Savpol or by bank transfer to an account. After payment, the training place reservation will be confirmed. In case of non-payment for the training, the initial reservation is canceled after a reminder contact to make the payment.
 

8. In case of cancellation of the Participant from the training paid within 7 days from the date of the scheduled training, the Participant will be refunded the full amount paid. After the 7-day deadline is exceeded, the fee will not be refunded.

9. The organizer offers training for a limited number of participants.

10. the minimum number of participants in the training is 5, unless the description of the training at www.savpol.pl states otherwise. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number, the training may be canceled and any payments made will be refunded to the Participants.Training Regulations

11.The knowledge and materials provided to the Participants during the training are the intangible property of the Organizer, which the Participants may use free of charge, but they are not allowed to pass it on (including free of charge).
 

12. The Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication on the website.

13. In case of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably. The governing law for the resolution of any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions and agreements concluded hereunder shall be Polish law.
 

14. Any disputes with Participants who are not consumers that may arise in connection with the implementation, non-implementation or defective implementation of the training shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's principal place of business.Training Regulations
 

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The following procedure constitutes the rules and regulations for the provision of training services and is intended to promote the quality of educational services by protecting the rights of the client as well as the training institution.

§2 TRAINING ORGANIZER

1. The training courses are organized by Przedsiębiorstwo SAVPOL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, seated in Gliwice, 7 Sowińskiego St., 44-100 Gliwice, KRS 0000501965, NIP 6312652773, REGON: 243512938.

2. The above address is also the company's mailing address. The e-mail address is savpol@savpol.pl.

3. The company organizes both open and closed trainings, performing training services with due diligence within the scope and deadlines detailed in the training offer presented and accepted.

 

§3 OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

1. The client has the right to expect that: a) the stated objectives of the training will be met b) comfortable working conditions will be provided (if the training company was responsible for the organization of the training) c) the trainer will have substantive and practical knowledge of the training issues d) the trainer will conduct classes in a professional manner in accordance with the specifics of adult education e) the substantive and practical scope of the training will be realized during the training, f) the company will make every effort to tailor the training to the customer's needs, especially in the case of the implementation of closed training g) the company will meet the formal conditions for participation in the training and the concluded agreement, including the issuance of training materials and certificates to participants

2. The training institution has the right to expect that: (a) the trainees will fully engage in the training process and participate in the Training Regulations training exercises and tasks, and conform to the rules mutually agreed upon during the training (“training contract”) (b) the trainees will conform to the rules agreed upon during the training (c) the trainees will complete the needs survey questionnaires in such a way that the training program can be adjusted, and in the case of closed training, client will provide all necessary information to enable the development of a training program in accordance with the needs d) participants will arrive on time for the training and will participate in the entire training, which will be confirmed by a certificate, in the case of participation in 80% of the training time f) other formal conditions of the contract will be met g) in the case of training courses implemented under projects subsidized by EU funds, participants will complete all formalities provided for in the project regulations

3. obligations of the training company: a) The training company undertakes to make every effort and to provide training services with due diligence, in accordance with the accepted offer or training contract b) In case of unforeseen situations, the training company will take immediate action, in accordance with established procedures

 

§4 COMPLAINTS

1. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint about a training service if it has not been implemented in accordance with the open training offer or closed training agreement

2. A training complaint will be considered only if the average rating of the training service in question is lower than 3.5 on a scale of 1 to 5 points obtained from the training evaluation questionnaire, both open and closed. In order to avoid the subjective evaluation of individual trainees undercutting the overall average rating, the ratings of all trainees of the training in question will be taken into account, which will allow its objective evaluation. Therefore, the complaint will not be considered if the average rating of the training in the training survey is equally or above 3.5., regardless of the rating of the person making the complaint.

3. Complaint or complaint should be submitted in writing to the address: Przedsiębiorstwo SAVPOL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa., 7 Sowińskiego St., 44-100 Gliwice.

4. The complaint should include the name of the company and the name of the participant, contact details of the person making the complaint, the subject of the complaint (name of the training, date and place of implementation), substantive and formal justification of the complaint, expectations from the training company. 5. The complaint can be submitted no later than within 7 calendar days counting from the date of completion of the training.

6. The training organizer reserves the right to leave the complaint unprocessed if the complaint is submitted after the deadline referred to in para. 4.4. of this procedure.

7. The training organizer has 14 working days to consider the complaint, and in cases requiring additional explanatory activities, the time for consideration of the complaint may be extended to a maximum of 21 working days.

8. The training organizer has the right to ask the complainant for additional written explanations.

9. The training organizer reserves the right not to respond to the submitted complaint if it is incomprehensible or if it contradicts the provisions of the agreement or the training service quality management procedure.

 

§5 COMPENSATION

If the complaint is accepted in whole or in part, the training company will offer one of the following forms of compensation: 1. repetition of the training at a different time 2. implementation of an additional form of support, complementing the training 3. a 20% discount on the next training 4. receipt of additional educational materials

 

§6 CIVIL CODE

Other issues related to complaints are normalized by the Civil Code.
