One of these being a Mousse Gourmet stabilizer and its application not only in sweet desserts and cakes but also in sophisticated canapes and small dishes served with appetizers.
Under the supervision of our specialists, the participants prepared - among others - Italian Cannoli Sicilliani, crispy desserts based on rice and mascarpone, exceptional layer cake with Chantilly cream, as well as stracciatella tomato mousse, mini tortillas with curry and plum, and mousse with salmon and Amarena cherry served with a special drink.
