Traditional cuisine training

The participants, together with the technologists Jarosałw Łyczko and Damian Krępeć, prepared dishes from traditional cuisine with the use of components produced by the Pinguin company.

Liver with pear and cherries, duck with pea purée, an excellent dessert of gingerbread and ice cream, and two-colour cream soup delighted with their taste and the way they were served.
