The main element of this year’s fairs was the presentation of the 603 BIB soft ice cream machine produced by Coldelite in two versions - cooled with air and water. Their solid design is a guarantee of reliable and efficient operation (60 kg/h) and innovative solutions give the possibility of making ice cream with pieces of fresh fruit.
Within our stand, we presented equipment and machines produced by Coldelite and Valmar that were of great interest for our visitors.
Fair participants could take part in numerous lectures and competitions, including the 2015 Championships for Teams of Junior Confectioners organised by the Small Academy of Professional Experts. Savpol was one of the proud partners of this event - we would like to congratulate the winners.
