Ice-cream inspirations - Gelato Workshops

On 9th and 10th November, the Savpol Training Centre was visited by people interested in opening their own ice-cream parlours or expanding their existing offer.

Our specialists in ice cream – Raffaele Derosa (Fabbri), Szymon Wolański and Kamil Sitarz – presented the concept of an ice-cream shop during both meetings. They described the procedure of preparing artisan gelato, presented the offer of the raw materials and equipment necessary for the production of cold treats and discussed the most recent European trends.
The participants had the opportunity to taste some ice cream, e.g. a unique pistachio ice cream.
